Coaching That Address the Root of the Challenge

We offer Executive Functioning Coaching, Parent Education, and Teacher Professional Development — because lasting change happens when students, families, and educators are all equipped.

Executive Functioning Coaching

MHG Learning Strategies provides one-on-one coaching for students in grade 7 through adulthood who struggle with planning, organization, time management, task initiation, emotional regulation, or working memory. With extensive experience supporting individuals with ADHD, ASD, and other learning differences, MHG Learning Strategies builds practical, personalized systems that work with each client’s brain—not against it.

Parent Education

Parents play a critical role in supporting executive functioning development—but it can be challenging to know how to help without the right tools and resources. MHG Learning Strategies provides parent coaching to help families better understand their child’s needs, use effective strategies at home, reduce conflict, and build independence. We also support parents in navigating the 504 process and developing meaningful, individualized IEP and 504 accommodations to help their child access and succeed in school.

Teacher Professional Development

Students with executive functioning challenges are in every classroom. Our professional development programs help teachers understand what executive functioning is, how it shows up in student behavior, and what evidence-based strategies they can use to support these learners — without overhauling their entire practice.
